Disagree mikey....if IHA could have raced in the Belmont he would have. We get cynical because we see so many people go for the big payday whether it is in horse racing or another sport & it ticks us off as fans because the only loyalty in sport anymore is to the almighty dollar.
Rarely do we see a Joe Mauer stay with a hometown small city team like the Twins or Cal Ripkin with the Orioles or John Stockton with the Jazz. Loyalty is not a two way street & I don't blame people for taking the money when they get the chance.
