IU has tools to beat a zone like a good transition game and several players that can shoot 3's, including their '4' wafford.

Game being played in Washington D.C. should help Syracuse more than what it did in San Jose.

Syracuse played well in man Jose. Yes they call it man Jose because of all the dudes that work in the tech companies. Need to research this game, but I love Florida GC

After Indy struggled today Vegas wants you to take the points and run. I like Indy in this spot. They have some time off to gameplan and they can shoot the three with Hulls, olidipo, watford and ferrel. Plus Zeller will not play that bad again

The thing that makes me wary of Indiana is Cody Zeller, he gets owned by Athletic bigs from real conferences.  And he's supposed to make it easy on his team to get easy baskets when they throw it down low to him.  He has no post moves, he's so used to being bigger than the guy guarding him that he just tries to go right back up and gets that shitt swatted by guys in the NCAA tourney because these are elite teams with elite big guys.

That just bothers me about Indiana, if they had a real big guy with skills other than Zeller then they would be unstoppable.  But Zeller is so weak, he cripples this team in my opinion.  Indiana wins inspite of Zeller, not because of him.  It just seems to deflate any momentum Indiana has after the ball goes into the post Zeller does his move and gets his shitt blocked, lol.  How many times have I seen that happen against Temple.  Syracuse has big long guys, they always have.  How is Zeller gonna hold up against them?  I have no idea that is the big question

I am probably alone but I think Boheim is a great coach that is vastly underrated. The Amoeba is a great D and I am surprised no one else has copied his style.
The weakness of the D is the high post and I am unsure if Zeller can hit the 15 footer, if he does then  Indy will be tough. I am just not sold on Zeller. He is not that big, only tall and I feel the length and width of the Orange and the NBA will get to him.  I totally agree with the above post about Zeller not being a great player against great players, like he will see here.
Indiana may be a tad overrated and The Orange a tad underrated?

my problem with Zeller is that he never finishes with contact.  if he can convert 3 point plays it makes IU that much better.  this guy gets fouled all the time and has a nice FT %.  He is also the best transition big man.

my biggest problem with the hoosiers is who takes the big shot when they need it?

Syracuse has to play one of their best games of the year to win. I don't see that happening against Indiana. Should be great theatre however as I'm a Cuse fan. Can't wait for the game to start.

no he didn't.  i am not talking about a wide open shot. i am talking about taking a defender off the dribble and pulling up to hit that tough 15 footer. I remember the Illinois game that they lost where it was tied with under 10 seconds and he tried to do some behind the back move and lost the handle and the Illinois guy took off the other way. he is such a freak that he rushed down the court and swatted that dude.  but we all remember the inbounds pass.  all he had to do was dribble the clock down and gun up a shot and the game goes to OT at worst.
