Lesson on Road Favorites

It's said over and over and over again but suckers just keep on playing them because of a teams "name". Life is rough on the road. Unless you are a top 15 team with some talent and experience just ignore all road favorites. You will be better off. The lines are traps 9 out of 10 times. Be it Oregon or UNC or Marq tonight these teams are just not reliable or experienced enough to be laying any sort of number on the road.

I can tell you betting the NFL is as bet as betting road favorites in college basketball. How much are you down on NFL this yr? Curious. Because I don't know 1 person who is actually ahead. Teams win by 30 one week and lose by 30 the next.

People dont learn this until theyve lost alot of money.

College hoops have the strongest home court advantage of any sport and it isn't even close.  It is routinely a 20 point swing for teams playing either home or away.

Check COVERS trends in Baskets and he hit it right on nose Prospect those figures are goffy .  All stats point to split 50/50 tight really is the core of those stats. Answers don't bet Road favorites tricky.  I don't play writeups or stats. Last night I was 4-3 2 losses were by 1/2 pts. Strictley  numbers man. You think its tight now wait to conferancplay opens they will really be tight!  Good oberservation PROSPECT.

why dont u make a post before the games start, rather than after like you always do stating the obvious.

The people bi*ching and moaning last night about their losing UNC, Oregon, and Marquette bets are the same people who always bet the "obvious" side. Sad part is, this has actually been a successful strategy this season. If any of them could actually manage a bankroll, they'd be making a killing.

Even though it seems like he is being a Monday morning quarterback his point is generally valid...short line road favorites (as enticing as they are) over the long haul are a way to burn your money..especially If you ML parlay em
