Yes I did and Irvine is very good. If you watched that game and didn't come away extremely impressed with the talent level and quality of play by both teams I dont know what game you were watching. |

So UCLA is the best team in the nation because they beat a very good UC Irvine team.

#12 Posted: 11/16/2012 1:17:44 AM I know enough to not judge Irvine by 1 good game after an entire season of horrible games. They are not a good team. This will play itself out over the yr. You sound ridic. They are barely even an average team by D-I standards. Pay attention the whole season. |

#13 Posted: 11/16/2012 1:21:14 AM We will see how good they are. They play the Hoyas on Monday and Hoosiers on Tuesday. If they are still undefeated then, then they deserve to be considered as top 3 in country. |

#17 Posted: 11/16/2012 2:20:32 AM It's the context in which you said it. They just squeaked out an OT win vs. Cal Irvine. The same Cal Irvine that was 10-19 and 258 in the RPI last season. You said UCLA looked good in that game.
Tonight they beat up on James Madison. Early season cupcake, I get it.
Let's hold off on the 'best team in the nation' talk until they play a team that will be in the top 200 in the RPI.

#20 Posted: 11/19/2012 6:07:13 PM Well well well.... Its always good to be thinking along the same line as the the oddsmakers. They realize UCLA is a top 3 team if not thee best team. UCLA -7 @ Georgetown When was the last time Georgetown was a 7 pt dog at home vs a non conference opponent.... Has to be a long time... |

#23 Posted: 11/19/2012 6:12:28 PM Nevermind just realized its at a neutral floor. Been working all day and was checking the line from my phone and it said @ Georgetown. REGARDLESS..... 7 point dogs to UCLA. Odssmakers know what ive already been saying. Anyone with eyes or a brain that watched UCLAS first few games could realize that this is a very talented team. There just seems to be not many people here on covers that use their god given brain correctly |
