#1 Posted: 3/11/2012 5:44:16 AM no final word on henson yet,,without him I would send the noles out as a fav--with the current number posted at UNC - 6.5 looks like tons of value for the dog--big UNC fan here,,and have been recharging for the most part since football ended but this one looks like lots of value for the underdog FSU--Gl today guys |

#2 Posted: 3/11/2012 5:58:00 AM Like FSU as well getting 6.5 or more... glad UNC fans realize this Seminoles team is solid and long. Think FSU might win the game with or without Henson. FSU is solid! |

#4 Posted: 3/11/2012 7:56:11 AM NC is going to be one of the top 4 seeds regardless. No need to use Henson IMO! The team in danger of losing one of those #1's is KU, IF the B10 winner is convincing enough, I can see one of them getting it. Right now given the injury on MSU I believe OSU is the better tm. Hate Sullinger, but somehow they get it done. |

UNC fan here,,but this is not your father's Fla st team--these guys arent afraid of the history and jersey, roy as much said henson is out postgame yesterday by stating henson would have played if it would have been a final four game,,number 1 seed should be locked and roy is 3 -14 - 2 ATS in the ACC tourney during his tenure at UNC,,just feel the 6.5 is too many,,and as stated ,,I'm a heels fan but all signs point to a noles cover |

#13 Posted: 3/11/2012 8:49:52 AM It seems like oddsmakers aren't even factoring in no Henson. That's so huge. I could see them -6 with him but without should be no higher than -3. I think FSU will win. Getting +6 is theft.

#14 Posted: 3/11/2012 8:56:46 AM it just seems too easy to take florida state here......seems like everyone is just forgetting about the talent that unc has even without henson and that it is on a neutral court.

blowout? Like how FSU beat them by 33 in the regular season? I'm sure UNC will be extra motivated today to revenge their most embarrassing loss in ACC play ever, but I can't see a blowout. This FSU team will continue to surprise people if you think they are the same FSU pushover they used to be.
Interested to see what the line does/public perception as we get closer to tip..

#16 Posted: 3/11/2012 9:32:17 AM UNC remembers the blowout. They have adjusted without Henson and will get revenge today. UNC by 10 |

#17 Posted: 3/11/2012 9:39:10 AM I think 6 is a lot to cover in a conf final. Like FSU and Under 142.5 |

#20 Posted: 3/11/2012 10:13:57 AM NC1Capper huge heels fan as well. Faded them yesterday. I think on 3 days rest Heels would be a play here but the revenge angle doesn't work/fit as well on 24 hours of rest and no gameplan time. No henson is huge today. McAdoo will be solid/great next year but he doesn't have the Henson hook shot nor his rebounding feel. Kendall Marshall is tired as well. He just tweeted how he wants his lost hour of sleep back.
Barnes still has the duke hangover effect. Need his jumper during the NCAAs but its obvious that Roy's love for ACC tourney is rubbing off on Barnes. Hell its the backups who are playing with vigor.
Like the pick. Hard one to hit "submit" but those are the best. Ideally, the heels would have rather played an acc final against a team that is just ok or weak defensively. We get the opposite with FSU.

#25 Posted: 3/11/2012 10:44:48 AM Fsu is as athletic as any team in the country with length all over the court. Fsu is talented enough to make it to the final 4 depending upon matchups. I don't think they will but it could happen. Plus the years that UNC has won NC the heels didn't win their conference tourney. The same thing @ Kansas when Roy Williams was their, Which tells me that Roy doesn't put allot of emphasis on the Conference Tourneys. FSU + 6 (FSU wins SU) Vandy + 8 (UK Wins) The SEC tourney is the UK Invitational every year) Ohio St -1.5
