What am I missing here.  This looks like the steal of the century.  Eastern Michigan is 5-2 in conference, and Miami of Ohio is 1-6 in conference play. Miami of Ohio has lost like 4 in a row.

no thanks on the 8 points..seems way too off and vegas is not normally wrong...

miami's won the last 15 matchups. very possible they are favorites based on this.. however why they are giving 8 points instead of maybe 2, im not sure yet.

The MAC West is awful; MAC East is good.

Eastern Michigan has been feasting on the West while Miami (OH) has been playing against the likes of Kent State, Akron, and Ohio. The Redhawks are 79 spots ahead of EMU per KenPom.

Not a difficult line to understand.

Dead on......I think Eastern Michigan can be the right side still cause they do play pretty good D. This wont be a step up in competition from what Miami (OH) has seen but looking at just a division record doesnt tell the story. Eastern Michigan a few seasons away to maybe putting a team out that can win the MAC. They have the defesnive mentallity, just need some scoring
