One thing that travels well is rebounding. Hawaii has it (see last game against Utah State 47-26, won 8 of the last 10 rebounding battles).
Hawaii has probably the #1 or 2 C in Vander Joaquim and the #1 or 2 SG in Zane Johnson in the WAC. The rest of the team is low mid major talent and young....Coach Gib Arnold is the real deal, just hope no one poaches him from Hawaii.
Zane Johnson is off the worst game of his career shooting 4-14 for 9 points and fouling out....I wouldn't want to be the team that faces him next.
Utah State is piss poor this year, their home court magic is amazing though.....if you look at the stats, you wonder how the hell did Hawaii lose, and moreso, how did they get down big? Youth and immaturity (thanks Joston Thomas for turnovers and technical fouls)...
Hawaii fixed their sloppy play at halftime of the Utah State game and should come out on a more even keel for this game.....I expect Zane Johnson to bounce back and Vander to dominate the inside like he has done all year....
