With or without Sullinger, Ohio State is highly unlikely to cover this number against one of the toughest small schools that nobody knows about.
The Cardinals of Lamar are among the nations leaders in rebounding margin, blocked shots, and are currently sitting at an RPI of #32 in the country (Ohio State is #25) Besides rebounding and blocks, Lamar also shows comparitive edges in FT shooting, defensive FG %, and possessions per game.
And before we get the "but who have they played?" chorus, just realize that their cumulative SOS is better than OSU's at this time of the season.
This is clearly an inflated number based on public perception. The reality is Lamar stays well within this number and may even threaten a major upset.

I was just talking to another guy in this forum saying lamar+22 isnt bad....but check out that over 144..I believe it has more value look for osu to get out and run and lamar can ball as well having 4 players averaging double digits a game

I agree that there is some value on Lamar today but let me play devil's advocate a bit here. I live here in San Antonio (the heart of Southland conference territory) and I must say that Lamar being "One of the toughest small schools that nobody knows about" is a very questionable statement to say the least.
Your talking about a team that is 18-30 in the Southland Conference over the last three seasons and haven't come close to even sniffing Kenpom's top 200 in the country in that time frame.
As for the stats, they play an uptempo, full-court pressing style that lends itself to misleading stats (for example - super crappy VMI is amongst the top teams in the country in tempo, turnover %, 2-pt field goal %, steals, ect. yet noone would argue that they are a good team in the least), so you can throw those out when looking at this game in particular because Lamar is a completely different team when they have the depth and athletes on their side (such as against ULL, tenn tech, tenn martin, texas pan am, rice) then when they are the playing teams with superior athletes who won't get rattled by their full court pressure defense.
Also, Lamar is always better earlier in the season as teams aren't conditioned, don't have roles fully established, and haven't faced this sort of pressure yet. In 2009, Lamar started 6-1 and finished 15-15, 2010 started 8-7 and finished 14-18, 2011 started 5-4 and finished 13-17.
Since 2009, Lamar has played five teams inside of Kenpom's top 50 and have lost by an average of 28 points, never staying within 20 points in any of the games.
Ohio St will always be overvalued in games such as this one and most will want to back the buckeyes but of all the teams that will be 20+ pt underdogs in this spot, Lamar is rough to back as they play a style that lends itself to getting blown out rather easily by superior teams.
I definitely am not trying to talk you out of this game (in fact you are
correct about the line being off) but just wanted to point out that
this game is far from rock solid as, if history is any indication, Lamar
should get blown out yet again by a top 25 team.

Also bear mentioning that Lamar lost by 20 to Louisville earlier in the year, a team that is very comparable to Ohio St. This line seems dead on to me.
