Have been really busy lately with not much time to post.  Like a few games today...

BC +2  (Yes BC is coming off a TERRIBLE loss at home against Miami, however against UVA they are by far the superior team.  They have better speed and athleticism and a good size advantage as well.  While BC severely hurt their bubble chances, another loss for sure means that they are done.  They have the motivation.  UVA has played better with back to back wins, I can't see 3 in a row in the ACC.  Reggie Jackson and Trapani should be able to rally the troops to victory and guys like Biko Paris will give the Virginia guards some trouble.  I like BC outright on the road)

Duke -4  (This game has been getting hyped up for quite some time.  Game Day is in town, etc etc.  Reality is that just because the Hokies are desperate for a win does not mean they will get it!  The Hokies have had a great season considering their long list of injuries to key players... but they are just to thin to handle Duke.  Duke is fresh off their best half of basketball on the year, and that should carry into today.  If Jeff Allen gets into any foul trouble whatsoever Duke could win this game by 20+.  Between the Plumlees, Ryan Kelly, and Kyle Singler (who appears that he realized he is a better post player than chucking 3's) will be very tough for the Hokies to handle.  This line is just to small, and I will back Duke.  Huge edge inside for Duke, and the guard play is fairly equal.

Think I'll be with you on BC.  Too much talent for UVA.

Is Trapani for BC approaching his 30th birthday?  Some players seem to be around forever.   With that said, I can't bet on Little Tony's boys.

I took BC 1st half, hope the come out of the gate fired up

The Duke/VT game looks just like the recent Duke/MD game, same spread and most backing the home team.

good luck today

Trapani is from my town, we went to high school together.  He is 2 years younger than me (He just turned 23)  I played a lot of basketball with him in high school... he has since taken his game to a new level in college.

He has been around so long because he had to sit out a year after transferring from Vermont to BC.  This is his 5th year of college, and fourth year playing...

BC looking solid right now... up 10... 14 to go...

I actually made a small first half play thinking the same thing... how lucky of a W was that?  Reggie Jackson 6 points in the final minute for the cover...

Duke

I think that this line is so low due to the fact that Virginia Tech is ranked, at home, and they also beat Duke in Cameron. So the average fan will think that if VT can beat them at Cameron they can beat them now.

My mistake, I confused them with Florida State. They are ranked however (24)
