I am liking UCSB in this spot. I think UCSB can play a similar game like the one they just did to UNLV. UCSB should sit in that zone all game.
Fisher is not a very good x' and o's guy nor is he a very good in game coach. If the Gauchos can take away the middle and force long perimeter shots, I like the plus 13 points.
SDSU does not shoot the 3 well at all, 32% overall, 23% at home, and 29% in their last 5.
If the zone works and bothers SDSU, I can definitely see a mental breakdown as they will get frustrated.
UCSB usually has a quality team and has been to the Big Dance several times.
Any thoughts and insight is appreciated.

I have been cold so tread lightly.

Can't argue with it. Will leonard and tapley be full strength? If not, a great play here. UCSB must be brimming with confidence. Pretty good dog movement - lvsc opened it at 16, we got it at 13.5
However - word of caution on the 3pt shooting statistics - they shot 0-18 last game, and had been shooting from 3 quite well before that, and tapley and leonard didn't play. So that one bad game will totally scew those stats.
Hoops - I wrote this several days ago - it is not directed at you - I was just trying to think through the mindset of the linemaker
UC Santa Barbara at San Diego State.
KP -13. SDS struggles against Cal Poly, and UCSB beats UNLV. Think a few might line up to play UCSB? especially with tapley and Leonard still questionable. If their status is in doubt, I wonder what the line wuld come out at. Impossible to cap it without the line and the injury report. feels like a pass.

UCSB is the value play in this spot. They have a quality squad and should keep it under 10. I like San Diego State as a good team this season but not n this spot.

Illness Update, both Leonard and Tapley are not completely healthy but both will play tonight. Leonard will start Tapley will not. Fisher said both will play less minutes than usual.

Based on what is Fisher not a good X's and O's guy, or a good in game coach? That's one of the dumbest things i've read on here in quite a while.
That said I agree UCSB has a good shot to cover, but i think you're selling SDSU short with that write up. They didn't get into the top 10 by accident. They played 1 sloppy game earlier this week with 2 of their best players out... tread lightly is right.
