Iowa St. -24 for 10 units... So far this season Southeast Missouri St. is 0-8su and 1-3-1ats with 5 of those losses by double digits. They are currently sporting and 18 point loss to Austin Peay (5-4su 172nd) and 22pt loss to UAB (7-2 ranked 83rd). The Iowa St. Cyclones 6-2su this season ( ranked 72nd) and 3-3ats with a 5-1su home record with 4 of those wins feasting off bad teams as they have blown out Montana St. by 22, Kennesaw St. by 40, Drake by 48 & Alabama St. by 27. The Redhawks are coming into this game ranked lower than any of those teams @ 328th ( depending where you look) while the Cyclones will look to avenge a recent Home loss of 3 pts to California. The bottom line here is the Rehawks offense has completely looked flat lined to say the least as they rank among nations worst as they are currently 288th in ppg, 301st in apg and 261st in fg% @ 41%. I think their is value in this game tonight in wagering on the Cyclones to feast off of the Redhawks almost non existence environment when it comes to playing basketball. I will be laying the chalk tonight looking for the Cyclones to rebound back into the win column with a blowout win @ home...  POD |

Nevada +6.5 for 10 units... I think we may be able to get a solid effort out of Nevada tonight as they have played a much tougher schedule thus far rated @ 84th overall compared to Houston's 249th ranked sos. Nevada's 2 road games that were not played on a neutral site they went 0-2su and 1-1ats losing @ George Washington and @ South Dakota St. ( 6-1su). Although Houston is 4-0su @ home this season only one of those games was even worthy of a point spread. Their 4 home opponents this season were Nicholls st (they needed ot to win by 1), Alcorn st ( ranked 343rd), Northwestern Oklahoma (nr) & Louisiana Lafayette ( ranked 271st). In Houston's 4 road games this year they have lost to La Tech by 6pts (ranked 200th), lost to TCU by 16pts (ranked 122nd), lost to LSU by 16pts (ranked 74th) and needed OT to beat Sam Houston st by 3 2 days ago. I don't think Nevada is as bad as their 1-6su record suggests at this time and I think we can get a much valued effort out of the Wolfpack tonight on the road in Houston tonight as Houston is just 1-3ats this year against week competition... POD#2
I couldn't help myself adding this play. Thats it though I won't be adding any more unless I see some 2nd half value... |
