How about that Rat b*tches all game like every call is against him?

They needed a guy to coach defense!!!! Since USA couldn't do it.

SO what did the Rat do, bring in the best zone defense coach in Jimmy B. Now his team plays a lot more zone as well.

And don't even start me on what McNuts is talking about. Yeah, I want that guy in my foxhole!!!

He "needed surgery" right in the middle of the yr. It was real life and death.

The Heels have had a bad yr, but at least Roy took it like a man. Got the young guys turned around and playign better. Can't wait to watch the 3 guys that were playing last night to go with them.

They have injuries, played bad, and, ROY had surgery and just tied a coach to his arm and kept coaching thru the bad.

You can Root for your Yanks and Puke all you want to (like the rest of NYC). I will stick with my team.

They fall into that universal category of Teams that you either love or hate.  The route cause of this feeling is usually success.   This is why people either love or hate the following teams:

1.N.Y. Yankees for baseball

2.Los Angeles Lakers for basketball

3.Dallas Cowboys for football

4.Toronto Maple Leafs for hockey

5.Notre Dame for college football

6.Real Salt Lake for MLS (April Fools )

Like i said above the hate usually comes from success, obviously a few of the above havent had recent success and the hate can also come from their fans. 

We all love to hate Yankee fans (in good fun of course).  Arrogant Notre Dame Fans who think they are to good to join a conference.  Lakers fans for complaing that Kobe gets fouled every single time, or even my beloved Maple Leafs, where the fans will drive up Yonge Street after just 1 playoff series win and celebrate like they have won the Stanley Cup.  I could never understand that one.

Having teams like Duke makes sports so much fun because it brings out the true passion in all fans. 

I do not hate any team.  I love all of them especially the team that makes me the money at the end of the day.  After that we go our separate way.

Almost like  a one night stand. 

Yea...a good friend of mine is a Tar Heels fan and he's bragging about them going to win the NIT. Priceless.

There is a reason why the top players choose teams like Duke, UNC, Syracuse, Michigan St. etc. They want to play for great coaches. They win...so they're hated. You wouldn't even have to recruit a star player from North Carolina. He'll probably tell you right there that he's wanted to play for Duke or UNC since he was a kid. Some choose WF or Clemson or another team in the Carolina's...but for the most part...the best will always have the most recognized schools in mind. It's not even about money.

Because Duke players get the michael jordan treatment. I would just like to see an fairly called game at duke. i can see the home team getting more calls but it is ridiculous.

i remenber duke playing virgina tech maybe 5 years ago,i had tech, and duke completely manhandled them. looked like a football game. they either broke or severly damaged techs best players wrist. when players are getting severly injured somethings wrong.
