#1 Posted: 1/29/2010 1:55:48 AM Pretty excited to see my Sycamores gut one out and get a W. Lathan is more than likely done for the season. Everytime he came out of the game he went back to the lockerroom which I counted I think 6 times. Not sure if Mark McGuire was back there or if he was just getting re-taped. The final time he came out he had to be carried off the floor. Anxious to get the details in the morning.
If you had 133 in that game I feel pretty bad for you as there was a ton of missed lay-ups and several 2-3 minutes droughts. Dillard should of hit one of those freebies in the final ticks.
Anyways a wasted Thursday due to this Purdue team. Wisc should have won that game if you ask me.
Looking at
DARTMOUTH +27
COLUMBIA +8.5
VALPO +7
BUT -7.5
CAN PK
I will find one maybe 3 out of this mess. All about steam for me on Fridays...
5-2 Thursday
YTD: 190-134-10 (+254.25U)
ISU YTD: 8-2-1 (+26U) |

#3 Posted: 1/29/2010 2:01:16 AM great job today UNC! i posted on my thread about why USF was a good pick, but nobody really looks at mine too much yet, understandably, but we did good on that one startin to like Dartmouth, Cornell has Harvard on deck, will probably rest their starters relatively early in the second half if the lead is already good enough... been so busy with school the last few days, i actually took a nap at 3:30 that was only supposed to last an hour so i could finish my bets for the later games, but didnt wake up til 10:30 haha, got 2 tests tomorrow so ill be up for a while... look forward to your insight bro |

#4 Posted: 1/29/2010 2:01:35 AM W-GB though..wisky should have won twice against Purdue? (they did once obv.) and W-GB beat Wisky? so you're implying Butler would win by 7+ points agaisnt Purdue? i'll take 8+ points at home against Butler anyday then...sry that's just how i see the logic here if you get what I'm saying.

#5 Posted: 1/29/2010 2:02:53 AM I like the Dartmouth play mainly because Cornell is playing Harvard the following day and that is a huge game for them. I would imagine Cornell will sit starters for most the game to have fresh legs for Harvard... But I dont man Dartmouth is THAT bad! :-/ |

I read it buddy it was good stuff...
As for the Cornell game not sure I even want to jump into that line. I see more value in Columbia... |

I think this is the worst way to look at games. |

#12 Posted: 1/29/2010 2:14:16 AM Wisc-GB got blown out by Butler this year already (I know, I took W-GB +15) and also lost to Cleveland State. I think the line should be like 8 or 9. I follow this conference closely and take alot of these games. I have hit MANY games/bets this year with DETROIT in this conference. They play extremely hard at home, edging DET recently when DET should have won outright. I think Wisc GB can win outright at home tonight but will not bet the game. |

#19 Posted: 1/29/2010 2:29:28 AM Have you taken a look at the Yale game? They are playing Penn. It's Penn's first conference game.
Wow! I didn't know they started conference play so late in the year.

o i know, I dont base plays off of the strategy "if team A beats team B, and B beats team C,then team A should beat team C"...never done that before.
NANKIVIL was light out for 3, a career night for Wisky! W/o that hott shooting Purdue covers even with not so great nights by Hummell and Johnson...just shows you can't always cap intangibles and if a medicore player will have a career night.
