Haas next?

Stephanik is making us all look good in his match.  Wondering if Haas has a shot to make his match against Joker a good one as well.

He's been playing great tennis this year, he just seems to tire after long matches or back to back 3 setters.  But this week he has cruised including an impressive win against Tipsarevic yesterday.

Haas also took him to three sets a few months ago in Toronto.

Novak can just dominate when he is on though.  But still, think I might take 1/2 my winnings from the other match and let them ride on Haas +5.5, +1.5 sets, and a tiny tiny bet on the ML.

Anybody else considering this play?

Well, surprised there hasn't been any discussion here.

I'm going with 2 units on Haas +5.5 (although I wish I was getting 6), 1 unit on Haas +1.5 sets +240 and a couple of bucks on +960.

Laying off the total as I think most of the time the 5.5 covers the over 19.5 if it gets there.  And It could still go under with 6-4, 6-3.

GL to anyone who plays.  Think it should be a fun match.

hey brother check out my thread, I put a  we will make this the game thread and cheer him on

I have 5 units (max play for me) on him +5.5 games and LOVE that spread, and two units on him +800 and love that too. i hardly ever put more than a unit on a dog this size but I really believe in former #2 player in world Tommy Haas tonight.

I think he will come closer than Radek just did. I think he has a 1/3 shot in doing thais and at these odds that makes it a monster to me. This is a low bouncing court and Haas is playig on fire, plus he is a real bad matchup issue for Djokovic especially on low bouncing surfaces like here or grass, where he has beaten him twice I believe... he troubled him this year too while dead tired. well this court is better for him and now he is fully energized. I think he has a fine shot at the upset, and not as a knock on Djoker who is amazing, but as a positive on Haas

I think this will be the match of the year if Haas wins. im pyched and have been waiting all day for this, ill be crushed if he doesnt cover the spread after psyching myself out so much about the ML

Looking forward to this - going small ml and the game spread - Come on tommy ! Steps was close and i just got that gut feeling one of the top three is going out today.

Also. as i'm sure you know he beat fed recently and has taken djok out twice ! Maybe a while ago but Tommy looks like he is 29 right now.

NEED THIS GAMETHOUGH!!! then need to get to 4-4 in second cuz i dont know if heis breaking djoko today

betting djoko rest of week if he keeps this level up, 2-0 next round medium then ml in finals big

that was a good set of tennis by both guys. haas is playing the best alive so it is hard to fault him

the cool thing about the +5.5 is that he has to double break us once to get it, didnt do it first set now he has to double break us second set or we take it. four games baby, with nothing to lose and maybe djoker a bit tighter in second trying to close it, i think we have a good shot, slight faves to cover this but its real tight

that game was nasty

reminds me of when Steps got up the break in the third and choked it back with two double faults next game and mssed volley. vets or not these guys are not immune to CHOKING

we will be robbed if we dont cash the +5.5 getting a break in the second

tommy goes up a break and chokes amazingly hard from there, now down a break, wow, and yes, there was definite choking there, djoker or not

can we even cover now? wow

well that puts a dent in my night and mood, no doubt

fucking A Haas I know he is the best but 3 breaks in a row AFTER getting up a break? that sucked monkey nuts, highly unimpressive, seemed like he sort of went nuts afte r going up the break, lol

at least he was nice enough to complete the hari kari before julia started

that is maybe the sickest spread loss of my life

four breaks in arow is what it took not to cover it

and tommy obliged. djoker was the main reason but four times in a row? dudes body was shot, bad read by me that he was fit enought to compete for two sets, but to met it looked like it was as much mental as physical

ah well still like ya haas but this sucked
