Weird thought here: These tennis players make money and tennis is their job. Many make plenty of money that they don't need to scrap through qualies to make a living.
If these professional players a required to do at least a certain amount of work (tournaments), is it not THEIR right to NOT want to play some of these tournaments?
All betting aside,....if Tennis was my job, and I didn't want to stay for a whole week in the tournament's country and area...would it not be within my limits to say that I've made enough money and I really don't feel like spending the week somewhere.....MY decision to bow out in one of the early rounds of a tournament because I had BETTER things to do????
