I've been read reading up on this match and I'm liking Ljubicic in today's match. I know Simon is playing in front of the home fans, but that doesn't keep me from noticing the numbers in favor of Ljubicic.

He's won three times against the Frenchman, including two wins in 2009. One win was on clay, while the other was a hard court event.

Home crowd of not, I just can't play Simon in this spot. Ljubicic has his number, so I'm taking the dog in this match based on the stats.

And Simon is far from peak form while Ivan is. And their stylistic mismatch will always mean the game is there for him to win. I like the play and GL, appropriate screenname for this one I think.

I placed a tiny bet on Simon when he was +225 after the injury timeout... It was worth the risk and it paid off
