The lowest score always wins regardless if the player you are betting against misses the cut and the player you are betting on makes the cut that is a win right then. It makes no difference if your player would withdraw in the third round or not.As far as crediting your bet alot of books don't post full tournament wins untill after the final day even if it is final on friday some make the bet final the minute it is decided.
