Spain v Uruguay over 2.5 +100 2 units
Both squads have been utilizing the 4-3-3 formations of late and I don't expect that to change in this game. This should make for some entertaining and open football.
For Uruguay we have a front 3 of Cavani, Forlan, Suarez. Cavani is rumored out of Napoli and there are rumblings Suarez might be sold from Liverpool. I expect both players to use this tournament to market themselves and perhaps aid them in their new deals once the transfer window opens up in early July.
Spain also has a terrific front 3 of Pedro, Villa, Mata supported by Xavi, Busquets, Iniesta.
There are tons of attacking options in this game and goals can come from almost anyone.
Word is that Valdes will start in net instead of Casillas. (Casillas actually rates higher in my player rankings).
My models make this game 3 goals in all scenarios with Spain 2-1 winners in 3 of them and 3-1 winners in the fourth.
The total number is 3.23 on my decimal scale giving me an edge.
Spain should walk away from this relatively easy group but Uruguay knows that aside from the Spaniards, they can and should be able to beat Tahiti and Nigeria so they will go at Spain today to try to get the leg up with a miracle upset.
Form has been poor overall of late for Uruguay but I think that either Cavani and Suarez can find the back of the net in this one.
Good luck friends.

Andrew ..... Something you need to know about my projection spreadsheet models.
All models take into consideration possible starting lineups.
For example, Spreadsheet 1 is culminated with the most probable starting lineup. Then, the next considers other lineup combinations and so on. There would be no point in running 4 spreadsheets with the same starting lineups.

I'm on the over as well. I know theres 25 minutes left but spain is just passing the ball around killing so much. I think this is gonna stay under. Hopefully I'm wrong

Like I said in my analysis .... There were simply too many goal scoring threats on the field which led to a projected "over" ..... Beautiful free kick by one of the aforementioned threats, Suarez sealed the deal.
