Alright guys! 262 pounds is what my weight is. Its time to lose 62 pounds by Nov 1st. I will keep you up to date with my progress. First step was last night throwing out half the food in my fridge. Its go time! Thanks for your help guys!

 I think that you have placed the bar too high,trying to lose 24% of your total body weight in just 5 months would seem very difficult.You will have to lose 12 1/2 pounds per month.
 
 I will definitely be rooting for you.

i've heard of the Tea its good never used it but i've heard from others that it does work.....

I started working out again and started using the cut and burn physical program from GNC and lost almost 5 lbs and feel alot better in just one week....

remember you wanna lose that weight but stay toned.... thats alot of weight to lose and not workout... working out is very important to looking good after that weight loss man... good luck bro.. .lots of ideas for ya if ya need them but this one seems decent so far..

You can do it KUDDISH -I went from 287 to 215 in 9 months -it's alot of work, but well worth it ..

GL man. This site helped me quit smoking somehow. I know it sounds weird, but I got some good advice from people here.

Might as well turn this into the weight loss thread...

My question is I weigh about 225, and want to get down to about 200-205
Ive been trying for a while now, my biggest problem is appetite, and when I work out more I have even bigger appetite, anyone have any suggestions on something I can buy, to cut down my food intake...smaller meals seem hard when Im so hungry and been doing protein shakes. But cant shake, the sunday afternoon, or the mid day snacks to try and fill me up.

I just bought some hydroxycut. Haven't tried it yet but I need to lose 15 - 20 pounds too and heard from others here that it is a decent product.

A girl I used to date lost 30 pounds using isagenix products. Mostly the clens and some of they're meal sups. I haven't tryed any of they're stuff but it really worked for her. Check it out.

I've been using the dailyplate.com for the past couple of months to track the food I've been eating. Lets you record your weight and weight loss goals then it gives you a calorie intake goal per day. Also lets you record various workouts you've done to give you more calories to eat per day. Been a big help to help me cut a few pounds before my wedding and trip to hawaii this summer.
