Gonna go Atikins/Paleo diet.
I'm gonna throw veggies in the magic bullet and puree them. I'll drink the veggies like a gross smoothy. It's kind of reverse-baby-like, but who has the time or the will to steam veggies on the reg? Not me. Right now I have broccoli, cauliflower and spinache.
I'll be eating red meat and working out every day too. I need to get in shape for the babes in the summer.
We'll see how long this lasts with the NCAA tourney. ![]()
