Ladies and gentlemen i have to tell you that the gary carter situation leading up to his death really bothered me because he was "known" as the kid who was very popular all around, in all aspects of baseball fans, and clubhouses in major league baseball and i thought to myself if something sounds too good to be true then something is definitely wrong. How can someone so celebrated as gary carter die so harsh like he did this week, that is the burning question. My conclusion to this is that we must always fight negativity as best we can and use sound judgement. Whether you believe in god, buddha, the universe, your family, or some mantra that you pray upon daily, our jobs as we can all agree is to fight evil as best we can. We are not perfect beings but the least we can do about not being a perfect being is to understand the fact but of course if you are mentally challenged in any way shape or form because you were born to be a jeffrey dahmer or the fact that the meds that the doctor prescribed to you fucked everything up for you, well i guess we have to leave that to "dexter" to come after you if you jeopardized anyones life. Honestly a few things that i came across online about gary carter kinda sickened me and i don't like it at all, it just really bothers me and i wish i could investigate with all my heart.
The gary carter brain cancer thing really bothered me because so many fans really got pumped up and motivated by him for what he did on the field, pumping his fists and being very emmotional after so many great hits and all star appearances, etc. In other words, i wonder why kim kardashian is so fuckin' hated by so many walks of life, the dirt and inside scoop on her is just totally not favorable, i would not be surprised if she never contacted any life threatening disease and lived till she was in her 80s and so to speak. How bad can it be talked about that she desires to date tim tebow and now jeremy lin as reported. Talk about the exact opposites of what kim kardashian has seemed to stand for in her life over the last few years, but it just maybe possible that being a "born again" such and such can be beneficial to her life considering her scandalous past.
If you aren't familiar with the famous youtube video of gary carter refusing to sign photos for a few kids then i'm sure you can do the research if you are really interested. That youtube video of him at fanfast is so debatable/arguable. One can easily come to the conclusion that the fan behind the camera was to blame for being such a "premediated" asshole or for using his kids and so to speak, but i was able to gather that gary carter was all about the money. It was said that once it was announced at the last minute that he would only be signing blank pieces of paper that someone in the line managed to offer $25 for gary carter to sign a ball by the time it was their turn and he took the money and went ahead and signed. Another person later on in the line could only offer $10 and he refused. And then of course then came the camera man with the kids you see on youtube that was ignored at first and then gary carter only giving in through pressure and the camera, etc.
Number one fuckin' rule in my books, these fuckin' kids nowadays it seems are so fuckin' smart, don't even put them on the spot. Hell i keep getting beat at tetris by a 10 year old let alone an 8 year old who kept kicking my ass in chess and then offering to be my trainer. So many people commented on the father using the kids in the video as possibly a ruse to try and get gary carter to sign so that he can in turn sell them on ebay or some shit, but lets say that is perfectly true. If i was gary carter or anyone close to being a hot superstar in his stature, fuck the rules, just fuckin' sign the got damn things, be the best actor that you can possibly be especially if you know that you are being video taped. Gary carter states in the video that he had been signing for 3 days! Who the fuck cares honestly! These are "dumbass" fans who don't know shit and holy fuckin' shit, just sign the fuckin' things, tell the fuckin' security people not to make a scene please, these people don't know that not much money was revolving in baseball around the 80s and what not, where's your intelligence? Got damn and i wonder sometimes myself about these stories of unsolved murders, if i was gary carter at that signing booth, i would have been very concerned about that asshole behind the camera going "postal" and pulling out a shotgun, i mean fuck it, just sign the fuckin' things, move on, there's kids involved, who the fuck cares if he's just using the kids to sell the shit on ebay, it's better to just let him sell the autographs on ebay rather than a video that gets too many views on youtube you know what i mean? and maybe the management specifically told gary carter not to sign certain shit, etc, well sometimes you gotta screw management when it comes to your reputation! If anyone has ever worked in the customer service industry they would know how stupid that customers can be. Sometimes the rules have to be bent to save future business and move the line right along, just fuckin' take care of the customer and move on. There are always going to be assholes that try and stretch the rules, well then do give in, but if they keep coming back time and time again, that's a different story.
My moral of the story is not to fuck with willie randolphs livelyhood or any mets manager because "under cutting" people to me can bring forth possible future serious consequences. And last but not least, just fuckin' sign the damn things, life is just too short, try and believe you are making the kids happy even though there's the possibility the dad is trying to make some money selling it on ebay. REST IN PEACE GARY CARTER.
