just threatened to cancel it. i DEMANDED to be half off if not do not waste my time and i will not waste your time. basically they knocked off the original price of 380 down to 195 wasnt exactly half but pretty darn close. guys do not PAY regular price . if the lady tells you only 15 dollars off tell her to transfer you to a nfl specialist. threaten them and they will discount it. guarantee it

Just made the call. I have been putting it off. Got it down to $120. Actually had a decent agent for once. I never got pissed...just talked about the situation. Still not happy new customers are getting it free but I'll take $120. Not ready to give it up just yet.

Got it down to $120 too along with $10 off a month for 12 months for my regular bill and free HD service for 24 months(which I will extend come Sept 2013).

Didn't get it free like I originally planned, but better than nothing.

Whenever I have a problem beyond the usual with any company I always ask to speak to their supervisor. When they get on the phone I ask to speak to someone higher up. I keep asking until they won’t transfer me to someone higher and then I discuss my problem.

This is the best way to get your problem taken care of. Almost everyone you first talk to doesn’t care and/or doesn’t have the power to do anything about it.
