I'm in the recruiting business. I source a lot of resumes from various websites. I am lucky if I get a call back rate of 20%. And these aren't $10hr. jobs. Production Supervisors....Manufacturing Engineers. Mechanical Designers. Good jobs with solid companies. And these are supposedly people who are looking for work?
I have no idea WTF is going on, but everyone keeps complaining about unemployment and I can't get people to call me back.

i asked for a layoff about 3 months ago. 
i went downhill fucking fast.
i woke up every morning, took 2 perk 30's, went to the golf course, played 9 or 18, then when to play the 19th. wake up hungover ... do it again. thought it was my dream. 
boy did that fucking crash and burn. now im 6 days sober, back in aa, no fucking job, no structure in my life .... sucks. 
time to get a job. i will fucking find one.

yeah, lets waste all of our time talking about illegals and the way co's operate. then in 5 years when nothing has changed we can start looking for a job.
Not so much. These are people that have had their resumes posted on line for quite some time. Maybe they are just trolling, but I know for a fact that unemployed people do not call me back....and a lot of them at that.
