Cop beating video said to rival the Rodney King one...

Supposed to be released today. The news here in Dallas said a black kid was riding his motorcycle on the sidewalk, and six white rookie cops chased him, knocked him off his bike with a cruiser, beat him and continued to beat him after he was cuffed.

Not good. Someone post the video after it gets released please.

I don't know how it works in Dallas, but here where I live it is illegal to ride a motorcycle on the sidewalk.

Still not right to beat a guy who is not resisting.

"According to the officers, Collins was treated at the scene for injuries from the motorcycle accident. Collins has a criminal record that includes convictions on drug, weapons charges and evading arrest charges, according to public records."

I guess he wasn't really a stand up citizen. The police chased him and supposedly bumped his motorcycle from behind causing him to wreck.

From what I read he was beat mostly around his legs. Rodney King was a real mess afterwards. But I guess we'll have to see the video to really find out how bad it was.

After trying to kill a cop, the skel was ejected from the vehicle.
He was probably knocked unconscious

It looks to me like the cops were just trying to revive him and check his vitals

After 5 seconds, the realized they had given the man life and stopped the resuscitation

i remember seeing that one.  sometimes, you just have to call it even, especially in alabama.
