Hey everyone. Looks like the Sooner train was derailed today. Colorado came ready to play and OU was either taking them too lightly or looking too far ahead to Texas or they really aren't as good as I believed them to be.
That said, I still believe they have the talent and ability to have been a national contender, they failed to show it today.
No excuses for me or OU, I lost 4 units and many others lost as well. Congrats to Colorado backers.

Yep, crazy ass day in college football. Personally I had no lean and no clue on this game, but I bet a lot of people lost money on this one. Hell with all the upsets today, OU still has a legit shot to make it to be #1 because UW is about to beat USC! Mark me down for it, Locker is a stud.

I am glad my local didn't have the spread for the LSU & OU game, cause I was going to hit it up hard. Let's add Texas, Central Florida, Tulsa also. Man, I'm down for the week, and it could've been worse.

i'm furious about drinking the OU kool aid after game 2. This was the team I expected. But nobody is out of it. Anything can happen, with the exception to LSU. LSU, book your hotel and bus ride to the National Championship game. Book it. Everyone else, good luck.

Colorado had a good chance of covering but there is no way OU should have lost. Getting past adversity is more important than blowing out teams when it is easy. Colorado knocked OU out of their comfort zone and they couldn't handle it.

Please. Why, because they beat Utah St and North Texas? What fuckin national contender loses as a 24 point favorite? And they play in the loser little 12 with all those other powerhouses like nebraska and texas?

No need apologizing for the hype of OU. I am used to hearing nothing but people creaming all over the sooners and telling us how fucking good they are. Until something like this and then the OU fan eats the shit out of their ass.

you are obviously a hater and thats alright, enjoy it while you can. The have a tremendous amount of skill and talent, as much as anybody in the country and the way the offense was clicking, they looked really impressive.
The Sooners were out coached today. Stoops didn't have them mentally ready to play and the players didn't display the maturity to do it themselves. 2 dropped passes on the opening drive sums up the game. They didn't prepare for the intensity of CU and they couldn't overcome their own mistakes. The play calling was horrible at key moments in the game and then a mishandled punt allowed CU to get the tying score. Mental mistakes. The question is can they regroup for next week and beat Texas who is also trying to figure out what the heck happened.
Hopefully this is a wake up game to get these guys ready to play the rest of the schedule. Who knows, maybe they will meet again in the Big 12 championship? There's alot of football left to play and I will try my best to provide accurate info for anyone that wants to read.
