MONTANA STATE PICK
rematch from last years playoff game in which sam houston state rolled montana 49-13. the difference in the game was big plays..sam houston had 4tds of over 40 yards including a 86 yard kickoff return after montana state had made it 21-13 which was probably the nail in the coffin. montana state has talked a lot about how right after that game they started practicing on how to stop the option. everyone in that game was trying to do everyone else s job instead of staying home and keeping their gaps covered. “It’s option football. You have to do your job. You can’t do somebody else’s job. You look back on the film from last year and that’s what we were doing. Guys were trying to do other guys’ jobs. Then they go for 50 yards. Last year’s game is going to help us out a lot. We know where they’re going to try to attack us.”
on offense montana st will need to be able to make plays in the passing game. sam houston loads the box with 8 guys pretty much.

if montana st d holds sammy i think they win and stay under otherwise its gonna be like last year. hopefully this goes like stanford and orgeon
