jimmy a beat up Bama team will take Dame to the woodshed.
They'll be favored by at least 10 if they get by Georgia

agree completely w/this. UGA will be a greater challenge for 'bama than ND.

I also think its BS for ND to bypass any kind of a conference Championship game.
But it was okay for Bama to play for the BCS Championship game last year without playing in the SEC Championship game? Man you make alot of sense!!

The Bell injury hurts Bama on 3rd and medium because of his speed on the crossing routes. The rotation won't be affected that much IMO because Christian Jones will play the slot and and Norwood will get all the reps instead of splitting time with Bell. Shinn can give a few reps to rest guys but the rotaion won't be overly affected. I don't think Black makes a showing here.
You nailed it...this is a game that will come down to who wins 3rd down. Bama just doesn't generate enough of a pass rush to feel comfortable agianst a quality QB. Gurley will have his moments but Bama will be solid against the run.
I think Bama's OL play, especially pass pro, has gotten much better. They did a great job against the LSU rush. They have also gotten much better play from Yeldon on 3rd down as far as protecting the QB. Both teams are balanced but the one who converts the best % will win the game.
I think the enormity of the game could possibly overwhelm Richt and the Dawgs. It may not and they may take a shoot from the hip approach much like they did last year against LSU in this game. The difference is that this time they can play for a NC IF they win the game. I will lay off the game but will look for a way to tease Bama because I think the experience of their team in big spots will be the difference.

And for years other conferences didn't have championship games, curious were you complaining then?

I like Bama here. Nick Saban’s teams have a tendency to come up big in situations like this.
Mark Richt’s teams have a tendency to choke in situations like this.
