A FRIEND AND I WERE TALKING ABOUT THE SPREAD FOR THIS GAME AND I SAID THAT THERE IS A CHANCE THAT USC COULD BE A VERY SMALL FAV -3 OR LESS.

HE PROCEEDS TO CALL ME AN IDIOT SAYING THE IRISH WILL BE 7-10 POINT FAVS. BTW THIS IS STANDARD CONVERSATION BETWEEN US.

WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK THE SPREAD WILL BE AS OF TODAY?

Pickem or USC -1...it could open at ND favored but that would change through the week as money would be put on USC and end up as USC in the minus.

If USC gets blown out at UCLA, ND might be a 3 or 4 point favorite.If USC blows out UCLA, then USC might be a 6 or 7 point favoriteOtherwise, line should be USC -3.

Would tend to agree it depends on this weeks games for both teams acutally. USC winning and ND winning unimpressively USC will be favored. USC loses ND may be slight favorite. Have to remember it's not about what team is better it's about playing on the average gamblers perceptions of teams. IMO USC will be favored for the simple fact most people on this forum believe USC is going to smoke ND. Similar to the Oklahoma game or did we all forget about that already?

yes he is a chest beater cali, lol. tough to bet USC games because I feel they are one of the more jekyl and hyde type teams. personally I felt they would be top 5 this year. glad I didnt back that with monies....

i saw on twitter a few days ago from someone i follow whos in the know that usc would currently be -1.5 vs nd.
