Nevada at Air Force

Start with the bad news....USAF will be without the #2 rusher in the nation tonight as Cody Getz will not play.  USAF QB Connor Dietz is dealing with his own sore ankle and I wouldn't expect to see him at full stremgth tonight either.  Add in a defense that has registered LESS THAN 1 sack per game this year and I feel that a very long night is in the works for the Falcons.  Nevada brings in one of the best one, two combos in the country tonight as QB Cody Fajardo and RB Stefphon Jeffereson are both having great years.  Combined the Nevada offense ranks 6th in the country at 541 ypg and 16th in the country in scoring at 40.6 ppg.  Jefferson has averaged 156 ypg rushing.  Nevada is 4-0 on the road this year averaging 44 ppg.  I don't quite understand the line, maybe Nevada blowing the 2nd half last week has something to do with it, but I am playing this one large tonight.

Cincinnatti at Louisville

This is a game I would love to be able to attend in person.  The place will be rocking tonight when the Undefeated and Nationally reanked Cardinal welcome the Cincinnatti Bearcats tonight.  For me this game comes down to one thing...Quarterback Play.  On one side of the ball we have a QB that has barely completed 50% of his passes this year.  Munchie Legaux is completing at a 53.3% clip this year.  He has tossed it for 1435 yards and 12 TDs, but he has also thrown 5 interceptions, with all 5 coming at the absolute worst time.  He has preety good feet as well as he has ruched for 264 yards and 3 TDs.  His main problem is completions.  At 53.3% he is leaving alot of throws on the field and in a game with the magnitude of tonights contest it is not good.  On the other side of the ball, and with the Home crowd behind him, there is Sophomore QB Teddy Bridgewater.  The kid has been lights out as he is ranked #3 in the nation in completion percentage at 73.4%.  He has thrown for 1694 yards so far and has 11TDs against only 3 interceptions.  Last week he single handidly led Louisville down the field for the go ahead TD against USF.  defensively the edge in this one statistically will go to Cincinatti as they have allowed only 16.8 PPG this year.  In last weeks loss they did not give up a single offensive TD.  Louisville defense is not quite as stingy as they have allowed 21.9 PPG on the year, however their strength on the defense side of the ball is their defensive backfield.  Their strong DB play along with Munchie's low completion percentages could spell huge trouble for the Bearcats tonight.  In a huge conference matchup, where all week the headcoach and players have acknowledged the importance of this game, playing on National TV in front of the home crowd, and playing with the superior QB I beleive that Louisville gets it done and remnains unbeaten.
