I hate Tommy Tuberville!! But I can not deny he is a good coach. I have watched him win at Ole Miss, Auburn, & now Texas Tech. I watched him beat Bama 6 years in a row, At Home or on the Road. The guy will go for it on 4th down and will do whatever it takes to win. I've witnessed him kick an onside kick to start the game for Christ's Sake!!
So with that said, Week 5 Texas Tech went on the road to Iowa St. and won 24-13. TT was a -1.5 favorite and on some books a pickem. Week 6 Iowa St. went into TCU as a +7 point dog and beat TCU 37-23. Week 7 Texas Tech throttles West Virginia @ Home 49-14 as +6 dog.
Texas Tech has more returning players and experienced players than any other team in the NCAA. In my years on watching and wagering college football I've learned, DO NOT BE AGAINST "THE RIVER BOAT GAMBLER". I like TCU alot and they were my sleeper team against the books until Pachall went into treatment. TCU is a good football team but with a freshman QB against a Defensive minded coach who won in the SEC. I'll take Tommy T all day everyday.
