#1 Posted: 10/1/2012 2:26:46 AM Won last week w/ Ore St and Ariz St;; big 12 put up quite a showw/ high scoring games noone else could do. Not sure that's championship football. Texas gets W. Virg. Like Texas and their QB; Geno Smith is a great QB and will put uphellascious numbers--but Mountaineer defense will be laid out here. They will not like this road test. Number appears to be high, but I'm suspending judgement for now. Coach Mack was lucky they missed the fumble at the goal line. That WAS a fumble that was missed by the officials. Would've been epic and cost the Longhorns a shot a the title game. Lean Texas ML for now.
Northwestern ML
Penn St will not beat Nrthwstrn. The blowout over Indiana (score could've been higher) is the clue that players are focused. PSU not as dangerous a road game as in the past (1990s?).
Virg Tech +3.5 One of the best coached teams, and after a loss, watchout. You've been warned.
So Miss +11
Huge stepupin tackling for Boise, and the offense has shown tightness every time when the defenses are crisp and toasty, and Broncos not to be trusted in post Kellen era ...yet.

Not too many TDs for this offense. Miami is 4-1 and they can score. NC St is a bowl team, and the win as a dog was impressive enough. Our Lady of South Bend, has difficulty reaching 20 points. Rumor has it they were bruised up in the Mich contest. This the poss DD upset of the weekend, butI will play the spread. Canes will push em for the W. |

PSU looks good so far, but is untested. And NU has not received much attention from books or . I like the over in that game, too.
Also like Miami in the same way, as ND is arguably untested, too. |
