I look at the Vandy game and the Ole Miss game , what that tells me is Arkansas should not be ranked where they are and a team like LSU should have no problem covering. Arkansas cant run and because they will be one dementional they are playing into the hands of LSU. Arkansas has to play a perfect game to keep up with them and i just dont see it. I think turnovers will kill arky in this game. LSU rolls

Texas is hard to back right now.
As strong as that defense is becoming...... and ya, that defense is the real deal...... but that Texas offense is flat out stinky.
Hard to overcome that.

I'm hoping that the Big XII officials put the screws to A&M. In all seriousness, I'm hearing that McCoy is the guy this week. And it wouldn't be unlike A&M to allow a backdoor cover. Good Luck.

soon, i obviously won't change your mind, but let me give you a few tidbits. the only way Arky gets blown out is if Tyler Wilson gets knocked out early. Brandon Mitchell can't handle the pressure against the Tiger D. The last 3 weeks the Hogs have averaged 45 pts/game. All of them were wins at home, but many said we couldn't score on the Carolina D.
On the road, we beat a sheoty Ole Piss team who at the time were still trying. I was at the game and watched Dennis Johnson fumble at the 3 that spoiled the cover. Over the last two weeks, the Ole Piss team quit playing (i.e. blown out by La Tech, LSU kneeling with 5 to play). Vandy, on the other hand is a team on the improve and I see them being pretty good with Aaron Rodgers little bro' at QB.
As for the Bama game, well we got our azz handed to us. Couple notes in that game is Tank Wright (DE) went down in 1Q with broken hand. Jake Bequette (DE) didn't play. Both will be starting against LSU. Our O-line is much improved and will protect Tyler better than they did against Bama.
Lastly, Arky doesn't care if LSU is #1 or #100. The team is not scared of Death Valley; they have won there before. It's a rivalry game and I expect the Hogs to score.
Notice, I didn't say win and I'm a homer, but we will get our points as Bobby Petrino will expose the Leslie's D. This game will be much more like the Oregon game (high scoring). I roll with Hogs and take a ton of points because I see the Hogs scoring at least 27, which means LSU has to score 39 or more. GL!

Agreed, Oklahoma brother! LSU by 14 for sure. I do think Arkansas will hang in there, 1st half, 14-3 type deal, but get the full effrects of what its like to actually play someone that is a tough "all around" team. I mean really......SC,aTm,AU, are the only "quality" wins but none are tough on both sides of the ball. Get ready Arkansas as you might want to wear TRIPLE UNDERWEAR for thsi ass whoopin!
