Early Line, I like Mizzo +22. I know they are on the road against a great team, but that offence of Mizzo is strong, experienced, and deep. Giving them 22 points, is way too much. Here are my remaining picks for the weekend. All my dime bettors, we are up +22 units, not bad this early in the season.
NC at Georgia Tech. Here we have the nations best offence and rushing offence facing the one of the best run defences. NC defence is a senior crew with lost of experience. I know we usually side with the D, but I think this Jacket option offence is way too strong. Take the home side here. Georgia Tech -6.6 3 units
A match up of two ranked teams, when Arkansas visits Alabama. Again we have a powerful offence with Razorbacks on the road against and stingy Bama defence. Arkansas hits the road for the first time this year which is their first test. If they can score early and take the crown out. They may not win on the road, but giving them 11 points in this rival is way too mcu. I had this game around -4,-5 for the home team. Arkansas +11 4 Units
Rice at Baylor. I like this Baylor team this year. The QB, is one of the best in the nation . Griffin has completed 83% of his passes and has 8Tds no picks. The put together long drives and are averaging 550 yardsof offence a game. Rice on the other hand is coming off a bye and beat a Purdue team, which was a big win for the program. But they face a different monster here on the road, in Griffin and his explosive offence Baylor -20.5 4 Units
Notre dame visitsPitts. Notre Dame had a nice performance last week when they defeated Michigan St at home, holding them to 29 yards rushing. Their offence has one of the best WR in the nation in Floyd. But they have one of the highest turnover rate int he nation. Pitt on the other hand, was on its way to a nice road victory in Iowa, but they fell apart in the 4th Q. Pitts D doesn't give up much rushing yards as well, but the secondary has some holes. Look for the home team to keep it close is this rival. Pitt +7 2 Units
