I've been poaching good info from the guys on this site for long enough. Time to give something back to the community...
Part of my motivation here is to force myself to be better with my own record keeping - that said - here's the gist of what I'll be putting up. I'll start with a 20k bankroll, and each of the plays I post will be 3 - 10 units. (10's are rare, mostly 3,4,&5) Each unit represents 1% of the roll. I currently use four books.. (Heritage, Bookmaker, BoDog, Sportsbook) I may add another one of two over the course of the year, but I've never had a problem with any of these books other than having to lobby for higher limits on occassion. I'm definitely a line shopper and as the season moves on, I like to bet earlier in the week. And now to business..
1 Thursday night play -
4u UNLV @ Wisc. over 56 (BM)
Wait til the big Ten gets a load of Russel Wilson! Wisc. is capable of putting up 56 on their own. UNLV returns only 4 starters from a D that gave up an average of 40 ppg - and they already have injury problems in the secondary. Remember, the Badgers put 70+pts! up 3 times last year. The Rebles have some talent in the skill positions, and since they'll likely get some quality time in against the Badgers number 2's, they should be able to score a couple of times, which should be more than enough for this game to go over.

glad to have you aboard. Best of luck this season, and Go NOLES! You think they (FSU) cover the 29 on saturday? Guess it all comes down to how much they care about winning by that much.

You know, I think the line is about right on the 'Noles this week. ULM has a chance to win the Sun Belt.. of course, you and me and a few of our friends would have a puncher's chance to win the Sun Belt.. but I think you're right on - it all depends on motivation. If I am going to lay in the neighborhood of 30+, I want to know that the dog is a very crappy team, and in this case, with ULM bringing 10 starters back on O, and a qb that put up some pretty good numbers last year,I think they'll find the endzone a couple of times.. I could see this being like a 42-14 game.. should be hotter than hell out there Sat., but fun to watch nonetheless.

* Thank you UNLV for showing no semblance of a defense last night..and Whisky's O line looks nasty.. good start for the year.
Season to date +$800
I was going to just sit home and watch the TCU game tonight, but watching the line come all the way down to 3 and half, I just can't let it go. I know graduation hit TCU hard, but its hard to ignore the fact that this team went undefeated last year, knocked off #4 Wisconsin in the Rose Bowl and went six straight weeks with their D giving up 0,0,3,7,6 and 7 points to their conference schedule. Their pass D gave up 129 per game - #1 in the country.. and when you are blowing teams out every week - they're sure as hell trying to pass! Sounds like new qb Paschall's shoulder is fine and he is good to go. Griffin is a great player for Baylor, but I think he being over-hyped and that is bringing this line down from where it should be, and half of Baylor's D are sophs. I'm getting a little selfish and buying the hook at 3.5..
3u TCU -3 (-125) (SB)
