I love starting these early day threads. I am on the over for the game and ECU 1st half and game.
Yes their defense is putrid. Yes Maryland is playing for their coach. I just think there are to many intangibles going against Maryland.
-New O coordinator
-4 suspended players. While they aren't irreplaceable, they have played significant time throughout the season. This is very likely a slight distraction.
-I have seen Maryland play and they didn't impress me at all this season. Neither has ECU, but this is where the 7.5 spread comes into play. If this was 4 or 5 points I might not play it, but getting more than a TD in what should be a shootout is nice. It leaves room for a HUGE back door cover.
This is just a standard normal play for me, but I will be watching like my house depends on this game. Lets have some good discussion boys and girls.
