I like both plays...........Stanford & UCLA have had some close games but I think Tree is moving up while the bruins are still trying to find themselves. LY was still early for Luck (Stanford won & covered)..........he's a seasoned vet now...........Prince & Co. are now trying to adapt to some concocted offensive scheme that there's no real book on.
This is usually when Cal plays its best ball.........I'm still not a fan of Riley's but I'm betting their running game will take pressure off him...........He won't have to win the game. Cal keeps coming up with great rb 's.........Vereen looks like another. I know some had big expectations for CU this year but I don't see them getting it done this weekend.

Coming into this season a big question mark for Cal is their ability to stop the pass. The Bears finished 108th in passing yards allowing at just over 260 ypg! Losing Syd'Quan Thompson isn't going to make this task any easier. However, look out for Kennan Allen....this kid was highly recruited and is explosive. I wouldn't put much stock into their defensive performance against UC Davis, well, because it is UC Davis. And I'm not sure what to expect from Colorado...they seem to be improved this year. Tyler Hansen had a good outing against Colo St and if he is able to take advantage of a presumably weak Cal secondary, they very well can cover the spread. To me there is too much uncertainty to pick a side in this one. GL on your wager.

Calbear - Was at the game this past weekend and will be at the game against Colorado. I am also not a big fan of Riley, but I believe Cal's offense will run the score up quickly. Playing UC Davis was definitely not anything to get too excited about. The best player on their team was the Punter!! Like the Over in this game too. GL! ![]()
