If I told you the most i've both won and lost in ONE DAY most would not believe me, so I'll decline to answer that specifically.
What I will say is that I have been doing this a long time, and I have made many mistakes along the way and have learned the hard way from those mistakes; which I feel has made me a much better handicapper today.

More than anyone has mentioned so far....But really, it's not about the money. It's about... Did I learn a lesson from my mistake or mistakes?
Discipline is major key. You have to always remind yourself not to get cocky, and think you know it all. More often than not, this is a recipe for disaster. When you are winning your mind is furthest from this happening.
Try not to make the money a big deal, but more of a control thing over the value of the money, and the confidence to be in control.
Be humble, and try not to make a 1,000 bet more stressful than a 200.00 bet. Easy to say, very hard to do. Afterall the reason we wager is to make that money.
A question I ask my self before any good size wager, even though I am still very confident in my bet, is "If I lose, how will this effect me"?. If you answer, I'll live to see another day. No problem!...but..If you answer, I'm DONE, then maybe you should reconsider your bet. BOL!!!
