#2 Posted: 11/30/2009 12:26:20 AM i get a feeling Oregon rolls here. Thursday night in Eugene with all the marbles on the line? This one could be like last years matchup.
Riley's going to have to pull some tricks out. |

#3 Posted: 11/30/2009 1:22:16 AM I feel like tOSU has a better chance of stopping the ducks than vice versa. Once I get past the fact that Canfield is for real it's hard to imagine the ducks shutting them down............thus staying within the #............possibly winning outright. I also think an over play is in order...........as long as that # is closer to 60 than 70.
This is gonna be a helluva Thursday night party....

#4 Posted: 11/30/2009 1:35:53 AM Oregon State quietly has one of the best rush defenses in the Pac 10. Gerhart had under 100 yds in that game.
and Canfield doesn't make mistakes. great vision over the field from what i saw at the Coliseum in person. not sure Oregon has a good answer for OSU tight end stud either.
people may look to last year---but OSU didn't have Quizz for that game. think things are different this year and the road team tends to do well here.

#5 Posted: 11/30/2009 10:26:09 AM I took the points, line was 10, I bought the hook to 10.5, that is alot of points, I think with all that is at stake that this game will come down to the last play, I see a 3 points win for either team, both teams are solid |

#6 Posted: 11/30/2009 10:38:47 AM this is the best game of the week to watch in my opinion, I know that will depend on what side of the country you are from, I would rather watch a bitter rival with their whole season on the line in a 38-34 type of game then watch Bama/Florida in a 12-7 type of game, watching Bama vs. Florida will be like pulling teeth to me and I can't wait for this game Thursday Night |

#8 Posted: 11/30/2009 11:36:00 AM No reason to pass up that many points in this game, IMO. Oregon State is a good team this year - very under the radar too. Evenly matched in most categories. Canfield is a solid QB, and the Rodgers brothers can just plain fly. I know most of us watched the game against USC, a game in which they trailed by 12 early, and 19 late, and still managed to make a game out of both. No quit in this team, and too many points to lay to a team that can score FAST. |

Amen, brother! I had the number @10 yesterday, thought it was going up, waited and now 9.5 at the Greek.
Beavs either win, or get blown out (how's that for a prediction?) |

This is a gift. The beavers can hang with this Oregon team and I think they have a great shot at getting to their first Rose Bowl since 1965 when my mom was there

#18 Posted: 11/30/2009 6:03:46 PM I don't know what to make of this game. Initial reaction says to bet the Beavers and take the points.
I am a huge Duck fan. The Beavs look really good and come into this game healthy. I thought the line would/should be close to 3. The other times the lines have seemed off: Stanford -7, I thought it would be much higher, they lost. Boise St. -5, that cost me a lot. ASU -17, I thought it was too high, they cover easily.
So is this game an easy cover. It doesn't feel like it. I gotta go for OSU to cover. Definitely taking the over thought. Last year these teams broke 100 and this year OSU can score more than 38. UO secondary is too young due to injuries to stop Canfield and Quizz. Beavs haven't been able to stop the ducks since Chip Kelly started calling the plays. This will be a shootout.

#23 Posted: 12/1/2009 1:35:04 PM Every time the Ducks play in a "Big Game" and are supposed to roll...they don't. See Stanford and Arizona about that. Yeah, I know they won that Zona game but they sure as hell didn't cover. And I think they were down 24-0 against Stanford before the game even started! OSU playin solid football right now and will be ready for that Ducks spread offense. Line should be around 4 or 5. Love OSU to cover and thats all that really matters now isn't it?? |

#24 Posted: 12/1/2009 1:42:17 PM Ducks -10 def wait til it gets knocked down a point or so to jump. Give me Chip Kelly + a week and a half to prepare in a rivalry game @ home. I think the ducks punt twice at most. Just not sure which I feel better about the Ducks or the over. |

#25 Posted: 12/1/2009 1:47:47 PM Apparently you haven't watched too many Oregon games this year. If they only have to punt twice its because they're turning the ball over the rest of the time! You better be smart and just take the over. |
