Last week was another very strong performance going 6-3 with my SUPER LOCKS going 3-1 and HITING THE GAME OF THE WEEK.  This weeks

Here are some early lines that definitely have value and one should consider locking in early as this line is surely going to move.

Marshall pk vs UTEP  (line should be Marshall -6)

Alabama -11 vs Auburn  (line should be Bama -14)

Tulane +17.5 vs Southern Methodist  (line should be SMU -10)

Rutgers -4.5 vs Louisville   (line should be Rutgers -10)

Wyoming +3 vs Colorado St  (Wyoming will win the game outright)

East Carolina -3.5 vs Southern Miss  (line should be ECU -10)

New Mexico +44 vs TCU  (TCU will win but by -35)

Rutgers -4.5/louisville.  Don't let last week scare you.  Syracuse came at Rutgers with blitz packages all game long that the scarlet knights have never seen all season long.  They were out of sync and just couldn't get anything going being sacked 9 TIMES. They got embarrassed by a team that hasn't won in the big east all year long.  Do not expect the same from them this week.  This is a Rutgers team that crushed So. Florida, beat UConn and barely lost to a very tough Pitt team.  Rutgers still has an outside chance at going to a quality bowl game and they need a win this week.  Louiville has nothing to play for having lost to South Florida 34-22 last week.  Ask yourself, what would this line be, without that loss to Syracuse last week....the answer, not -4.5!!  Rutgers 31-14

Marshall pk/ UTEP.  Marshall had their top two offensive performers on the sideline last week and still managed 34pts.  They may have RB Darius Marshall back this week but it won't matter.  UTEP is 109th in the country against the rush and 83rd against the pass.  Marshall has a much better DF and a much superior offense.  UTEP has lost to RICE, TULANE and a horrible MEMPHIS team.  Expect Marshall to dominate here: Marshall 37-14

Not trying to discourage you but I'd still be leery of Rutgers. As a Jersey native I've watched this team for years and they're about as unpredictable as any team around. They lost me a ton of money last week because I didn't see how there was any way they'd lose to Syracuse. You just don't know. They dominate some games. Then others they look terrible. How does their D completely shut down BJ Daniels and SFLA but then get trampled by SYRACUSE? I'd just be careful about betting the house on Rutgers EVER. Gotta be a better bet out there if you're laying big cash.

Go hard on Rutgers.  They will avenge last weeks debacle with a crushing of pathetic Louiville.  Louisville gave up 34 points to a "one-man" South Florida team.  I see Rugers rebounding in a big way.

GAME OF THE WEEK: 

North Carolina -5.5  vs NC STate    31-7

alabama-11/AUBURN. Alabama brings into this game a DFense that has allowed 6 points/game in its last 3 and is ranked #5 in the country against the pass and #2 in the country against the run.  Now Auburn on the other hand has struggled defensively in its last 3 games allowing over 27pts/game including 31 against Division I-AA Furman and 31 against both LSU and Georgia.  You will see Alabama run and run and run all over Auburn.  Oh yeah, and when Auburn tries to pass the ball, Alabama is ranked #7 in the country in INT's.  Expect a total defensive clinic by the Crimson Tide.  Alabama rolls 35-10

Illinois +18/CINCINNATI.  This is one of my biggest plays of the week.  Illinois doesn't have much to play for except for pride.  The BIG 10 is one of the toughest conferences in football.  The Big East...not so much.  With Purdue, Ohio St, Michigan, Michigan St, Wisconsin in your conference schedule year after year, your competition becomes tougher and tougher.  Cincinnati brings in the #5th ranked team in this game.  Illinois looks to show them that the BIG 10 is the toughest conference in football.  Remember, Cincinnati barely got past West Virginia last week and  UCONN the week before.  Illinois beat Michigan and beat Minnesota. I would not be surprised if Illinois wins this game outright.  Thank you Vegas...this is a gimme!!  Take Illinois plus the points 28-27

I like alot of your plays Pujols, especially Temple. I have played on Temple nearly every week for the past two years and it has been profitable. Also think Bama and Tulane are good plays also. What are your thoughts on the Arkansas/LSU matchup? I'm a Arkansas homer who lives in Baton Rouge. I think the HOGS can win that game.
