And they were lucky to beat the line.  I have not mentioned the coach's bonehead play calling in previous threads.  Totally outplayed by Ole Miss and for sure, the coaching mismanagement of the last two minutes of the game was astounding.  I will be going big (for me) on Arkansas this next weekend as LSU will be dispirited from this tremendous loss and will have lost a lot of respect for their coach.  Arkansas will come in "high" off their win.

I'll be on the hogs if they are getting at least 3.  4.5 or more would be nice though.

So what's the word down there in cajun country in regards to the bonehead Les Miles?

Miles is a lot better coach when the refs are betting on LSU

WWL Radio in New Orleans had about a four hour program talking about what an idiot he was in his play-calling yesterday after the Saints game today.  They were not happy with old Les.

That's what I think a lot of people are forgetting.  If it weren't for some terrible calls in the first quarter LSU would have been down by double digits after they got the onside kick so it wouldnt have even mattered.

I've been saying he's an idiot for 2 years now!  Maybe some ppl will wake up and see the light down here ........

LSU nation is in meltdown mode as they should be. I've called Lester the village idiot virtually since the day he was hired, and have been often criticized for it.  Maybe he'd be a decent coach for some directional school (I doubt it), but he is certainly not a SEC caliber coach.

Listen live on WWL.COM right after noon today.  They will probably have a replay posted later.  They are calling for him to be fired for his bonehead play calling on the end and his horrible clock management.  He has already said that HE DID NOT CALL FOR WHAT HAPPENED WITH ONE SECOND LEFT,  there is a tape showing that he did.  He has said "I thought I heard someone say time-out".  He is the effing coach, if the clock kept moving no one had gotten the time out. He gets a million and a half a year, surely HE should have noticed there was no time out before it was too late. 

Arkansas opened with my book at +3 1/2 points.  I am on it.

can't believe LSU is ranked above Ole Miss right now. 

considering the amount of raw talent on that squad, Les has done a poor job in the past few years.  he is the next Larry Coker.
