Robinson may or may not be playing but the line still moved fairly big towards Okie State.  I think everyone knows he has a concussion.  The other factor is Okie State is playing their biggest rival Oklahoma next week and Colorado does have talent.

That being said: I was listening to the Big 12 Coaches Media Show and the questions I heard directed toward Coach Hawkins had nothing to do with this game but were morew interested in if he going to be let go at the end of the season.  I also heard that Okie State still has aspirations of making a BCS Bowl. So they may be really fired up!

My take is that Colorado does have talent and will come out playing hard but I think if Okie State gets a lead (by more than a touchdown) that you will see a fragile group of Buffaloes start giving up and the onslaught may be on.  Colorado had a lot higher expectations for this season and it's really been a disaster from the start (lost Colorado State to start the year).  I'd go with the team that it is looking to finish a very good season.

My local has it listed at 19.5 but I'd gladly take 17!
