take a look at BOISE ST can they cover 21 or 22 or 35 for that matter?

Can Boise St cover the e score spread ? Opened -20 up to -22.5 in some spots. Boise has been looking feirce and powerful.

Louisiana Tech has covered 4 out of 5 at home vs Boise in last 5 meetings. Is there any thoughts on this line being over inflated here or are people thinking Boise will run away with it even sans the smurf turf? Seems like a big number.

La tech has played 3 games at home averaging 40 pts 515 yards while keeping their opponents to 8.7 points and less than 250 yards.HOWEVER those foes were Nicholas St, Hiawaii, and New Mexico St------nobody to really care about. Boise comes into town on a mission. They are trying to get the best chance of a better bcs bowl and will try to beat La Tech by as many "style points" they can.

Boise on the road has been averaging 45.7 points with a QB percentage of nearly 70% !! Rushing for 6.5 yds per carry and throwing for over 10 yrds per pass. Imo they havent played anyone decent either but should handle LA Tech on their road to better bcs bowl.

My question to the covers community is can Boise cover the 22 or 23 point spread or is Louisana Tech a value play catching 3+ scores at home with a chance to show everyone something on friday night prime time?? I lean towards Boise  What about you?

i hope Boise loses the game....so tired of their cupcake schedule and then them trying to say they deserve to be in the big game....that said, i have no idea

It's not that no one wants to play them because they are good. It's because that it is a no win situation for any elite team. An elite team plays them and wins, it's expected and figure as no big deal. If they play them and lose, that team losses alot of respect as compared to loseing to an elite team because Boise St is looked apon as not an elite team. JMO 

 leaning boise but so true about their schedule. After the oregon game they havent played anyone worthy. Wouldnt it mean a ton for la Tech to play their hearts out and step up? They hear all yhe hype Boise has been getting and Im sure they dont want to get disrespected ....but I still lean to boise...i just wish it was on the blue smurf turf.

there is no argument or excuse for Boise...they barely crack my personal top 10....

God i hate Boise. they have no respect from me. Utah gained my respect when they beat Bama last year, but the whole season i was riding their phony record and rank too...

once Boise shows me a quality win over a quality team, i will give them the credit they deserve, and Oregon does not count. it was the first game of the year. if Oregon played them now, they would roll Boise

I dont think boise would win in any of these. IMO the lines would look something like

Lsu- 7

Usc-6

Florida-13

Texas-9.5

just my opinion. Dont think Boise would be close in any of them. Maybe the closest they would get would be a touchdown loss.

They have really had a very week schedule and havent played any top tier defernse as you listed above. I do think that that blue home field does add value to any Bosie game however.

Boise cant help they're in a shitty conference.  They try to play any team, but no one will play them. 

BW - Oregon is a quality team and the fact is Boise DID beat them.  I guess the quality win against Oklahoma in the Fiesta Bowl a couple of years ago doesn't mean anything to you?  Give them the respect they deserve

You are on every single page bashing Boise like they raped your mother, They are a great team that everyone hates b/c they come out of the WAC with no strength schedual but maybe 2 ranked teams. There isnt anything they can do about that until they move confrences (I think we all agree to that) They should be moved to the PAC-10 or simular. I myself am a fan but by no ties at all to the school just love the that team for a lot of different reasons. If you ask me do you think they would beat LSU at LSU no its hard enough for FLorida to go there and beat LSU on their own turf, I think it would be a great game if LSU went to Boise though WOW that would be something, wont ever happen though. To me I think Boise is ranked around 8 or 9, the SEC is the toughest confrence period, Florida, LSU, and Bama are great teams this year. Tennessee is getting a lot better should be a great top 15 team next year...Im getting of track now though.
