there is no reason imo this line should be higher then last years line of 9. certainly east carolina is no prize but they have played tech tough the last few years and quite frankly tech doenst impress me. they have a couple blowouts, but beating an overrated miami team in the pouring rain is probably their best win. they come in off back to back loses, last week as a 14 point home fave. they have been road faves twice this year and failed to cover in either of them, only beating a bad duke team by 8. ecu has won 4 of their last 5 and there is no reason to think they will lay an egg in primetime against a team they clearly arent intimidated by with 2 close games the last years. ecu 24 tech 23
