What Jim Tressel did was some asshole shit yesterday. I knew once he said Beanie would play that Beanie was still very much hurt. There was no reason for him to pronounce Beanie as good to go on a Wednesday. He could of easily said Beanie was questionable all week until Friday and he could of listed him as a game-time decision. At this point it doesnt even matter because his main worry shouldn't be Beanie suiting up its getting that bum of a QB ready to play. All Tressel is doing now is messing with the lines with all of this back and forth information. I wish he would just say that Beanie wont play. No skill posistion player is coming off a major toe injury in 2 weeks...Beanie will be lucky if he can play at 90% for the rest year.

Do you know what Boeckman's career high in passing yards is for a single game? 253 against Penn State last year. Over the past five games, including LSU, he only had 1 game with a QB rating over 100 (Youngstown St.) and has 4 TDs to 6 INTs.
And no offense Godfather, but how the hell do you know this isn't a major injury to Wells? Personally I think he's gonna play but you're not a doctor, you're not Wells himself, and I'm guessing you have no idea what running is like with turf toe or a sprained toe for that matter.
I hope that Wells plays and is up to the challenge but I just can't believe that he's going to be 100%.

I applaud Tressel for taking the "spotlight" off of Todd Stinkman and Young Pryor by toying with the media this week on the whole Beanie injury situation. No skill posistion player is going to play 2 weeks after a major toe injury...its not going to happen. Like I said b4 Beanie wont be 90% for some time to come. 2morrow night we will find out how good of a coach Tressel really is.
