Has Roger Clemens lost his mind?

This is not good for him.. at all.. he is denying involvement with this Singer McCready. WHY WOULD SHE LIE? She has no motive, no amount of money could persuade her. She is not lying, and he is flat out denying it in the same fashion as he has the whole steroid issue.
 
Now I am not a attorney, but if I was.. I would highly recommend that he try to cut a deal while he still has any sort of chance in the world. Otherwise he is about 99% guaranteed to Defame his career, Go to JAIL.. and NOW LOSE HIS WIFE AND SUPPORT OF HIS KIDS who now know their dad was cheating on their mom.
 
I dont think Roger ever thought it would turn out like this but he is making Canseco look like a Genius for just fessing up. Screw the hall of fame... Does the Hall of Fame love you like your wife or kids?
 
THis guy is a unreal talent and I dont even care if he used Steroids.. I think it was pretty obvious from the beginning he was lying.. but now you own Family is gonna Hate you.. Jump Ship Roger.. while you still have a chance.

I think that shit he's been taking for years has fried some of his circuts.  The dude seems real throwed off and can surely kiss his arrogant ass goodbye.

I think Rodger has a low self esteem issue and whatever it takes for him to feel like the ''MAN'' he will do. They are both sick people except Rdger can locate a baseball, well better than most people.

I've tried to give him the benefit of the doubt for so long because i don't trust the media but he keeps shooting himself in the foot.  It's hard to believe anything he says.

 Me to, gave him the benifit of the doubt, actually I really liked him from a fan standpoint. Wish he wuld come clean so he can start healing.

I just took a picture with Roger at the Houston livestock show and rodeo 2 months ago. Its on my facebook pics...(99% sure he is roided up)

Its sad, because I think most people want to give him the benefit of the doubt. But, he just is commiting public suicide. Why even go there? Makes no sense to me, but some of the comments above speak the truth.

 

Hope he rides into the sunset and drops this lawsuit, but it just seems like he has dug himself too deep a grave to give up now.

What does his relationship with the singer have to do with him cutting a deal or going to jail?  If anything, his character may be in issue and that would have a negative effect on his civil defamation suit against McNamee.  There is nothing that he says with respect to his relationship with this singer which would lead to jail time.

If it was proven he perjured himself before the grand jury, that's the only chance he goes to jail but this is a he said/she said and I haven't seen any evidence where he lied before the grand jury.  He will never get any jail time even if indicted.

this is why baseball  sucks now. i used to love this sport. you can blame it on the commissioner and the players union for not allowing steroids checks on a regular basis. NFL regulates it religiously. if you get caught 4 weeks suspensions automatic.  baseball should be been doing this shit. and i hope all the players who get caught using this shit goes to jail or pays a huge fine and never gets into the hall of fame.  they ruined it for everybody.  now you would always suspect players using steroids if there numbers are ridiculous... who cares about ROGER he is a liar .. i been giving him the benefit of the doubt but how much can you give him...
