I'm more interested in the absence of Molina's defense. His game-calling and ability to eliminate the running game are second to none, which becomes especially significant with an unseasoned rookie on the mound.

Molina is one of the best in the game.  Completely agree that his game calling abilities are one that gets so overlooked because he does it so well and with regularity.

I was a bit surprised to see him out of the lineup with a rookie on the mound. These young guys benefit tremendously from his presence.

Good to see you posting again, J. Definitely leaning to the Padres tomorrow. Any thoughts on Houston and Norris tomorrow? Been on them all weekend, but kinda think the masses will finally take notice, and naturally be a day late and a dollar short.

pitcher/catcher pairings are very overlooked in capping a game like seeing you on pods as well monday BOL

Yeahhh I scrolled through the board earlier and saw a lot of bad cappers on Houston. Had some value at +120 ish, I suppose.
