Tigers/Rangers total

Does anyone else think that this total is slightly off.

IMO it should be at 8 with the over at -115

The total yesterday should have gone past 11 but landed right on 9

Fister has struggled mightily in the past against Texas but now being without Kinsler will only hurt them offensively. Even if Fister struggles and give up 4 through 5 innings there is still a strong chance this game goes under.

The Tigers offense is noticeably sputtering and despite their success against Holland in the past I just dont see them having much success today. Austin Jackson's absence is clearly affecting this team and it shows.

The other factor to consider is that there is a strong chance that either one of these pitchers has an absolute shut down game because both are fully capable. Holland with a 1.67 ERA at home and Fister with a road ERA just over 3. His last outing on the road was a disaster against the Nats but he pitched very well against the stros next time out. They aren't exactly the best measuring stick to judge if a pitcher has bounced back strongly but it helps the cause.

My main concern is the jet stream blowing in from right center could cause HR issues of pushing this total over.

But overall it seems over backers are hopeful that someone gets lit up tonight and it somehow reaches 10 runs. I'll say Rangers 6 Tigers 2

Like it. I like value on Pitt pens -1.5 at +230 as well. Can easily see a 4-1 victory. Thinking about a parlay w rangers under and Pitt-1.5. Thoughts?

I'm not real big into hockey but did have the Sharks last night for a nice OT win. Puck lines are always risky and in this case you are on the road agaisnt a team trying to not go down 3-0 in the series. Seems like it will be tough to hit BOL

well rangers ballpark is an anomaly when it comes to wind. When wind is coming in from right field it tends to bounce back from behind home plate as a jet stream that pushes fly balls out of the park.

totals for holland's 3 home games: 5,2,7

total for fisters road games:9, 7, 7, 8

Silly's breakdown sheets have a projected total of 8.64

yea i hear you but overall the breakdown sheets are very useful in helping you if you already lean one way. They can't predict exactly what happens but he is in the plus each and every year. This play is largely based on Holland pitching a good game and Fister just being average. Of course I could be wrong but everything I've seen points to an under. BOL to you

My book is betting O/U 8.5 $1.58/$2.30, O/U 9.5 $1.95/$1.80, O/U 10.5 $2.20/$1.63.

I'm starting to lean Texas $1.80. Rangers bats are rolling along nicely and Tigers, while certainly capable of turning it around, are struggling.
