My reasoning for Baltimore is due to the following reasons:
1. Baltimore is the better team and a team that plays well at home (9-7). SD is not a good road team...7-13.
2. Marquis has been good but he has not faced many line-ups with the POP that the Orioles have. Marquis will struggle on the road in this game. Gracia is going to give you a typical garcia outing of 5 to 6 innings and give up 3 runs and keep his team in the game. Garcia is a vet that will navigate his way through this mediocre Padre line-up.
To me, all sings point to a 7-4 Orioles win.
