let me tell you something that you guys know, probably. Hideo Nomo & Chan Ho, Park and maybe Kuroda Hiroki are asian pitchers who performed well in MLB. looking at those ones tells us one good tip. asian pitchers CAN NOT overwhelm batters in MLB with their 4 seamers, and if those guys want to be successful in MLB, they MUST have sinking fastballs or splitters. i'm korean, and i'm so proud of what Chan Ho, Park did in MLB, but he was very careful with his terrific 4 seamers in chavez ravine. Nomo & Kuroda have splitters and Nomo's deception was fantastic. nevertheless bot h of two have said batters in MLB are dangerous.

i posted mine here about Darvish, and i'm quite sure this pitcher will be in trouble. his control is not good, when he was in japan, he showed too many times, some guys thought his control was good, but basically japanese batters COULD not hit his balls, even his balls were almost middle in the plate. don't take him!!

we SHOULD take him when he showed some improvement in his 4 seamers. if he can control his 4 seamers more efficiently, i'm 100% sure he will be able to one of the top in the league.
