White Sox +122 200/244
I called it a sweep from the get go and after taking down the first two, I ain't about to run and hide now. The best day baseball team in the Majors and my man big Jake taking to the bump starved for a win. I like it.
Cardinals -1.5 +100 200/200
Won with the Pirates in game 1 Friday, but as terrible a team as the Cards are following days off, they are just as equally great in the games following the losses in those situations. I like it.
Just the two plays for now but also leaning
Reds -117
Braves +131
Dodgers +115
Will investigate those more tomorrow.

bud u cant be serious about the dodgers. There lineup is absolute trash. eovaldi will not be good against our lefty lineup. Santana will dominate tomorrow!

#23 Posted: 6/30/2012 8:39:18 AM Thanks guys
The Dodgers suck right now is wonderful insight, but I think we can all see that. Speaking of sucking, Johana Santana on the road sucks too. They are just a lean though and were a longshot to ever make the cut. Poor old Dodgers getting kicked around.

White Sox +122 200/244
I called it a sweep from
the get go and after taking down the first two, I ain't about to run
and hide now. The best day baseball team in the Majors and my man big
Jake taking to the bump starved for a win. I like it.
Cardinals -1.5 +100 200/200
Won
with the Pirates in game 1 Friday, but as terrible a team as the Cards
are following days off, they are just as equally great in the games
following the losses in those situations. I like it.
Angels -1 +110 200/220
Alvarez left Mondays game against the Red Sox with soreness in the elbow aka tendon stress, and he is going right back out there again today on only 4 days rest. When pitching on only 4 days rest Alavarez is a lovely 2-7 in his last 9. Here are his splits. >Night 3-5 era 4.04/Days 1-1 era 5.32< >Away 3-1 era 3.83/Home 1-5 3.83<. In his last 3 starts he is 1-1 with an era of 7.31. It's a tad square but I just can't ignore this discrepancy in pitching matchup this afternoon. I like it
Braves +140 200/280
The Braves are a moneymaker when listed as underdogs and they have a terrific record in the second games of series in which they drop the first one. Add to this that this will be a top consensus fade pick today and just a feeling in my gut in general and the Braves make the cut.
I still really like the Reds but the Angels took their slot on the card. Here's to hoping that works out ok.Maybe if things are looking amazing at 4pm, we'll see about the Reds.

*Fixed the typo on the home era for Alvarez.
